What the two days are
Day one is diagnosis. Your numbers, your offer, your team, your calendar, on the table, with nothing rounded up. By the end of it you know exactly which part of the structure is costing you and roughly what it is costing.
Day two is the build. The offer, the margin, the price, the team decisions and the calendar that carries them. You leave with it written, not with notes to type up on the plane.
In between, you eat well and you sleep. That is not a wellness feature. Two days of that thinking is genuinely tiring, and the second day is the one that pays.
The investment
US$15,000, paid in full.
That includes three nights at the villa, both working days, spa treats, all meals, and transfers to and from Phuket or Krabi International Airport. Flights and anything you want to do either side of it are yours.
The Real Deal includes this retreat when the year is paid in full.
Availability
One place opens every ninety days, so four a year.
The Real Deal clients have first call on them. Whatever is left is open, and it is usually one or two a year.
