Fit Check?

A real conversation before anything else.

Ready for a

I was on a call with my mentor Simon Bowen recently, talking about how he works with the big corporate businesses he advises. He said something that stopped me.

"When I sit down with them, I just say it. We all know we're here to see if I can help and if you're willing to pay me for that help. So today, you work out if you like me, if you believe I can help, if you believe it'll work for you. I work out if I can actually fix your problem. Then we talk about how. Let's not pretend anything else."

Then he said the bit that gave me permission to let go of the smoke and mirrors game I thought I had to play. "I'm sick of us all trying to trick each other that there isn't ultimately something to buy at the end of this. We're both in business. That's the job. Can I fix your problem. Are you willing to pay for it. Can I show you the value."

And I sat there and thought, yes. That's it. That's the call I want to be on. On both sides.

So from now on at Moxie, that's the call we run. The Fit Check.

The Fit Check

There is potentially something to buy at the end of this call. We have everything from free support, to $50 a week, through to $1000 a week, depending on where you are and what you need. You knew that before you got here. I knew that before you got here. Pretending otherwise insults both of us.

So this call is exactly what it sounds like.

You're working out if you like me. If you believe what I do can actually help you. If you believe the value is worth what it costs.

I'm working out if I can help you, and what shape of help you actually need. Whether that's me, or someone else. And if it's me, which kind of help fits where you are right now.

Both of us get a vote.

If it's a yes from both sides, we talk about what next looks like. If it's a no from either side, I'll either point you to someone I think can help, or wish you well if I don't know the right person.

Just a real conversation about whether we're a fit.

Before you book

The women inside my world are not lifestyle chasers, side hustlers or passive income seekers. They're running real businesses while raising real humans, and they refuse to choose between the two. They're generous. They show up. They've got each other's backs in the good moments and the shit moments, and I've got theirs.

That last part matters, because most of the women I work with are extraordinary givers and absolutely rubbish receivers. If that's you, fair warning. We will work on that. You deserve the same generosity you extend to everyone else. That's part of the deal.

So when you book this call, what you're really checking is whether you want to be in a room with women like that, with me as your guide. It's a real question. Take it seriously.

What this call actually is

One more thing before you book

I take on eight new Done by 3 clients and four new MBA clients each month. That's the cap, not the target. Spots usually fill before the month is out.

So if you're thinking about working with me at some point this year, The Fit Check is the conversation that gives you options. If we're a yes from both sides, we can hold your start month for whenever makes sense for you.

Booking the call isn't committing to working together. It's just having the conversation early enough to choose.

Pick a time that works for you

I use an automated calendar because your week is probably wildly busy, and it's faster for you to look at mine and pick a slot than for us to email back and forth. Mine has more space in it now. That's by design.

Wait. Can't find a time?

I limit the slots on purpose. Too many options is its own kind of overwhelm, and I'd rather you book a time that actually works than scroll through forty.

If nothing on the calendar fits, DM me on Instagram @sarahgreenercoach and we'll sort it.
