Accessibility
Last updated: 9 September 2026
We want every woman who lands here to be able to read, understand and use this site, whatever device or assistive technology she uses.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard referenced by the New Zealand Government Web Accessibility Standard, and it is the same standard used as the benchmark under the Americans with Disabilities Act in the United States.
What we have done
- Text is set at a comfortable reading size with generous line spacing, and it scales when you zoom or increase your browser text size.
- Colour combinations are chosen for contrast, and colour is never the only way we convey meaning.
- Every image carries descriptive alternative text.
- The site works from a 320 pixel phone screen up to a wide desktop, in portrait and landscape.
- Navigation, menus and buttons can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and focus is visible.
- Headings follow a logical order so screen readers can move through a page sensibly.
- Video and podcast players are provided by third parties. Where captions or transcripts are available, we point you to them.
Where we know there are gaps
Some content is embedded from other services, including booking forms, podcast players and video players. We do not control the accessibility of those services. If an embedded element blocks you, contact us and we will give you the same information or take your booking another way.
Tell us if something gets in your way
If any part of this site is hard to use, email hello@themoxiemovement.com and describe what happened, the page you were on and the device or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five working days and to offer an alternative way to get what you needed while we fix the problem.
