Before Moxie, I was working 100-hour weeks. Looking after everyone else's children and barely seeing my own. When we first looked at my highest life priorities, my kids, my husband and me didn't even show up. I was doing $10 jobs and telling myself it was what the business needed.
One of the biggest impacts of working with Sarah has been accountability. Having someone who will call you out. Who you have to show up for. Makes a huge difference. And having someone outside my industry, looking at my business without all the emotion, has been invaluable.
Life now looks completely different. I work the hours I choose. I could step away from my business for six months and it would still run. I've got an incredible team, systems that actually work, and everyone knows where we're going.
